Grand Banquet Lunch
Manesar, Gurugram, Haryana, India
Hosted in the opulent Grand Ballroom of ITC Grand Bharat, the second day’s lunch was envisioned as a light, elegant contrast to the morning’s ceremonies an inviting daytime celebration that brought freshness and softness into a richly detailed architectural setting. The space, known for its dramatic chandeliers, ornate wall panels, and intricate flooring, was intentionally balanced with a palette of lilac, white, and soft floral tones to create harmony between grandeur and warmth.
Lavender-printed linens draped over round tables and lounges set the visual tone, introducing a gentle botanical motif that echoed throughout the room. Fresh floral arrangements blending deep purples, soft whites, blush tones, and textured greens were placed thoughtfully across dining tables, side tables, and the bar, adding vibrancy without overpowering the ornate interiors.
A custom teal bar installation provided a striking yet complementary contrast to the ballroom’s gold-and-black detailing, grounding the space with a touch of vintage charm. White chair covers, plush beige seating nooks, and coordinated floral accents tied the room together, creating an atmosphere that felt refined yet relaxed.
Bathed in natural daylight filtering through the high arched windows and enhanced by the glow of the ballroom chandeliers, the setting achieved a luxurious but comfortable ambiance elegantly marking the continuation of the 50th anniversary celebrations with a sense of ease, beauty, and thoughtful design continuity.
